Quick Guide: How to Crochet a Corner-to-Corner (C2C) Square
Corner-to-Corner (C2C) crochet is worked diagonally, starting at one corner and increasing one block at a time until the square reaches its full size. Once you've reached the widest point, you'll decrease each row to complete the opposite corner.
Step 1 – Create the First Block
Begin by chaining six stitches. Work one double crochet into the fourth chain from your hook and one double crochet into each of the remaining two chains. This forms your first C2C block.
Step 2 – Increase the Square
At the beginning of each new row, chain six to create a new block. Continue adding one block per row while following the colour changes shown on the graph until your square reaches 25 × 25 blocks.
Step 3 – Follow the Graph
